Charming stay with artistic flair
central location quiet room good food
The location was central, very convenient for exploring (I could easily walk to the main attractions). My room overlooked the jungle garden and it was quiet. Breakfast offered a good selection of food products.

large room clean bed easy access
The hotel was easy to access. It was within a reasonable walking distance of a tram stop. I used the tram directly from the airport. The room I occupied was large and well organized (I stayed in room 22). The bed felt very comfy and tidy.
The hotel has some stairs up to the foyer and no ramp.

a nice stay
unique ambiance attentive staff ideal location
i found the location ideal, very close to many attractions. the artistic decor throughout the hotel create a UNIQE ambiance. the staff were always attentive and helpful.
the elevator IS quite small, accommodating only a couple of people with luggage.

the room's decoration was interesting and well kept. I did like having sufficient space for luggage and moving around. the bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The reception was always staffed. they were available for inquiries, requests, or any assistance needed. the hotel also provides daily housekeeping. This keeps the rooms tidy and clean. staff speaks multiple languages.

small discount messy pool
The location is great for the town centre and the railway station. The service was good.
The hairdryer malfunctioned and burned my partner pretty badly. They offered a discount, BUT it was a much smaller percentage than they stated. The pool was messy, with many leaves inside.

excellent location friendly staff breakfast choice noisy room bathroom layout old carpet
The location was excellent. I found it easy to reach many attractions. The staff were cute. Their friendly attitude. The breakfast had a lot of choices.
My room was directly next to the lift, it was noisy. The bathroom layout was not ideal, water sprayed everywhere! The carpet was old.

dated decor small bathroom
the room decor felt dated and mismatched i noticed a need for some repairs. the bathroom was small it was hard to move around in there. the shower was also difficult to use i would have liked more space.
